From our logistics bases in Bolzano, Bologna (new office pictured) and Dordrecht (NL) we cover most needs for parts and consumables within 24 hours everywhere in Europe. Most of the equipment have a full remote service access, thanks to that all preventive and urgent service demands can be handled in the most efficient way ensuring the most of our clients investment and its profitability, avoiding long downtime and all relating troubled appointments rescheduling. We understand your business and respect it, so any issue you may have with our equipment is cared after as we’re operating it!
Orion’s network of service engineers is based in the most convenient areas in order to ensure a fast response to any unlikely demand.
Our service engineers are trained directly from the manufacturers and join a network of information constantly enhancing their effectiveness.
