In the field of clinical treatment, utilizing ultrasound technology being developed actively worldwide but the field of therapeutic ultrasound, except for the field of diagnostic ultrasound technology has been limited developed. As a result, domestic therapeutic ultrasound medical devices are lagging behind in very simple functions implemented with the goal of reducing cost through pioneering new technology rather than the theoretical foundations of research, product development, commercialization consists of the technological advances and the development of new products, etc. Technically therapeutic ultrasound equipment is characterized by a very high energy, focusing on the use of ultrasound in most cases. Recently in the abroad have been developed, commercialized one after another by using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) skin lifting, lipolytic therapy as an innovative, representative as a new treatment products. And Ultrasonic Focusing Techniques by using a special form of ultrasound, shockwave, shockwave crusher and shockwave pain therapy, etc. have been developed in the 1980s and these are being actively used. High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound for theoretical ongoing research in the domestic school being made a long time ago. Also keep promoting the localization of continuous technology development in the field of foreign advanced medical devices not succeed in localizing outside of the field of ultrasound treatment as well.
